By accessing Nexplora ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You may use Nexplora for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for any content you create or actions taken via operators you deploy. You may not use the Service to harm others, violate laws, or circumvent access controls.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at security@nexplora.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.
Content you create using the Service remains yours. Nexplora retains rights to platform code, models, and substrate.
The Service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use of AI-generated outputs is at your discretion; verify before acting on irreversible decisions.
Nexplora (NX) offers an optional two-way SMS program. It is user-initiated and conversational: you opt in by linking your phone number in the app and by texting our number first, and NX replies to your messages. This is not a marketing program. Message frequency varies based on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; you can also opt out in the app. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For support, email hello@nexplora.ai.
