Nexplora ("we," "us," "our") operates the Nexplora platform. This page describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly: email address at sign-up or waitlist registration, workspace data you create within the platform, and usage data necessary to operate the service.
We use your information to provide and improve the Nexplora platform, communicate with you about your account, and ensure security. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored in Supabase infrastructure (hosted on AWS). Encryption at rest and in transit is standard. BYOK (bring your own key) users maintain their own credential isolation.
If you link a phone number to your account and message our number, we process that phone number and the content of your messages solely to operate the two-way conversation and continue your Nexplora session. Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used only to deliver the messaging service you initiated. No mobile information is shared for marketing purposes.
